H. David Ramm
A founding partner of DKRW Energy, Dave Ramm has extensive management and leadership experience in the energy sector. In addition to his management role at DKRW Energy, he currently serves as CEO of Millennium Cell (Nasdaq: MCEL), a hydrogen battery technology company. Dave is also a member of the National Advisory Council for the U.S. Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory, the primary national laboratory for renewable energy and energy efficiency research and development.

Prior to co-founding DKRW in 2002, Dave was president, CEO and a director of Integrated Electrical Services, a NYSE-traded, Fortune 1,000 company. From 1997 to 2000, he served as president of Enron Wind Corporation and managing director of Enron Renewable Energy Corporation.

Dave began his career with United Technologies Corporation (NYSE: UTX) where he held senior management positions at Otis Elevator and served as chairman and CEO of International Fuel Cells Corporation. Dave holds an M.S. in Management from MIT, an M.B.A. from Long Island University and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy.
