Thomas E. White
Tom White joined DKRW Energy as a partner in 2004 following more than a decade as a senior executive in the energy industry and a distinguished 23-year military career. He brings extensive experience in the development of large energy infrastructure projects, mainly in natural gas and power.

From 2001 to 2003, Tom served as Secretary of the Army under President George W. Bush. Prior to his appointment, he was employed by Enron with responsibility for all of the company’s energy infrastructure assets worldwide. Additionally, in 1998, Tom served as Vice Chairman of Enron Energy Services, the unit responsible for domestic retail energy.

Tom holds an M.S. from the United States Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy.
